During the last school board meeting, there was discussion of implementing a Year Round Calendar here at Kestrel Heights Charter School. The board is considering this as an option for the 2019-2020 school year. A survey will be sent out early next week to you all as well as staff and some members. The survey is critical feedback in determining if this is a schedule our community wants to implement.
The board will be seeking as much feedback about this as possible through multiple platforms. If a change were to occur there would be other opportunities for everyone to express their opinions prior to implementation.
This is the first of many discussions and we truly value the parents and staff feedback. We will not make a change without ample opportunities for you to voice your opinions.
